HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

i slept at 4am last night; so didn`t have much time to come update.

we reached pc at, like, 11pm at night when it started at 12.. mum assumed we were actually early. but when we were at the 2nd floor trying to make our way in the ushers suddenly said the entire hall was full.. D= so we ended up in the 3rd floor.):

howevrr mum could ask for seats on the 2nd floor1 from uncle tay tong. (: yayyy. though the seats weren`t that good and we couldn`t exactly see anything, but at least we were on the secondd floor. those on the third would have problems hearing what the reverend has to say.

after the whole ceremony we went off to kap [raffles girls primary school language for King Albert Park] to EAT! yums. actually it was only a drive in bahs. i had a cheeseburger ONLY. surprise! hahahs. well really. d`you expect me to take a leaf out of dad`s book and eat a colossal rice beef burger at 3am in the morning, then go straight to sleep?(:

mum, dad, ah mah and i watched that super ancient show on ch8 yesterday while eating. what was it? ohYEAH. dou fu jie? some pretty old show. with cheng li de yue guang for a theme song. it was super nice! i recall watching it when i was no older than 2, perhaps, and mum said i would always come out of the room, listen to the song, then go back in without watching the show. and when the ads came up i would rush out to watch. -.-

yay! amanda is still alive and kicking.(: cos school`s gonna reopen so bloody damn soon. YIKES!

i`ve yet to complete my shen huo sui bi no.1 and start on no.2.. plus. buy ingredients for sheryl and leepopo`s birthday presents.. -.- i`m thinking twice on the "leepopo" part; she hasn`t given me her reply for the class tee and it`s driving me nuts. everyone`s been asking me to help them think.. my dears, i do not have superbrain.. not as creative as the amanda in your imagination, i suppose. T_T people like grass, jupo, sheryl, jiaqi, huiqin, hot tea and more have been pestering me for their phrases. ARGH! *tears at hair and runs away*

i`m currently going mad with.. ICONS! wahahahs. i`ve made several for myself already. but the first [and probably best?] icon i`ve made is here on my blog; the "me is still me" one. i wonder why; but the rest is just.. strange. cheryl jiejie`s is way, tons better than mine, but she uses macromedia fireworks aka photoshop, while i use paint. teehee.. plus abit of help from my phone i guess. it helps me by saving time, resizing the pictures cos i use the device "portrait photo" while snapping.(: very useful.

there`s the midnight gongyo thing tomorrow.. and lecture in the morning! mum`s told me to skip it i think; i need to go to the doctor`s for serious medical checkup cos something`s very wrong is happening to me. :(

i`m totally psyched; i wanna watch memoirs of a geisha! :D maybe i`ll watch it with jqjq and peeps. see first bahs. x) i`ve yet to watch king kong also and benglee kor said narnia [the lion, the witch and the wardrobe] ain`t that good. but he was comparing it to lotr anyway; so don`t listen to him, i think. hahahs.

updating for 2 days..
tsk, i`ll write down what i can remember bahs.

yesterdayy.. i didn`t do anything much. just sat in mum`s office and watched yu le bai fen bai, this time hosted by xiao gui and luo zhixiang. x) but i managed to get abit of my very-last-minute-holiday-homework-that-nobody`s-gonna-complete done, hahahs. i finished a shen huo sui bi already, but i can`t think of anything else to write of. the major 4-great-things that took place or i participated in, or whatever, are:

1) the awesome stayover at cheryl`s
2) 27 november -.O
3) cruise from the 16th to the 18th
4) and outing with weiting, lorrmei and amanda part2.

so stupid right, only these few things can remain in my mind since 1st november. =[

oh yes. and i took neos with ivy jie also.. before we went for the general youth meeting at pc. (: the two zi lians. she gave me another batch of muffins! but on the darker side it`s a.k.a. me growing fatter cos i just can`t stop eating anything that appeals to my mouth. *looks for bazooka gun*

plus, i went over to er yee`s for prayers again. her tv in the living room had SO MANY CHANNELS. well, more than mine anyway. [hellos, mine has only the standard- channel U, 8, 5, suria and central!] and i was like what the?! when i started surfing through her tv. there was animal planet, discovery channel, mandopop mtv, english mtv, xi ju tai, and plenty of taiwan variety shows. T_T

yesterday`s cheena mtv had ?!?! for a guest host! wahahahs. it was kinda like my second time watching cheena mtv and i was like O_____O and =DDD when i saw nicholas tse as the guest host! *runs to er yee`s house and starts plucking out all the cables and tv out* but my oh-so-wonderful cousin kuah benglee started ranting about nicholas, comparing him to takeshi kaneshiro [for whatever reason i don`t know; but takeshi`s my idol too so i was like -.O]. and when nicholas talks, after every sentence he`d look down at the floor. like got gold to pick liddat. benglee was also saying something about takeshi being able to speak 5 languages [english, chinese, japanese, cantonese and ???] and nicholas tse cannot and blahblahblah. -.- so irritating.


i`ve got nothing to update about today.. i`m currently stoning at the comp and typing the post on wordpad cos there`s no wireless connection round here. mum uses dial-up on her own comp and that`s way slow compared to the wireless at home.. the best wireless is the one at cheryl`s house. T_T i can play Dad and Me there pronto without having to even wait for the stupid thing to load. NHSS`s one was very good, but they took a leaf out of crescent`s book and started banning anything not related to schoolwork. like blogs, friendster, games etc. :( evil evil evil! *makes face*

i am back from jurong regional library! hahahahahs.

just now i was at JRL doing the maths project with jqjq, sheryl and yileen.. we entertained ourselves by throwing the empty [and thankfully clean] yogurt cups at one another. the person who was mostly aimed as was me. :( evil people..

our maths project only consisted of 3 slides. lol! but i think i`ll add an intro slide; see how first. x) then yileen and i were bullied into walking all the way back to me house to get the damned maths project reference paper. T_T sheryl and jqjq is just so kind to us.

i have just been to google and looked at a couple of pictures of nicholas. he totally suits his role in the promise. yeah, the role where he acts as the idiot who tries kidnapping/abducting/harming an idiotic princess. xD he looks scary when he was young.

nothing much to update about today.. i wanted to get today`s post done just now while i was in office waiting for mum to rebond her hair, but her internet was connected through dial-up, and it was pretty ex so i thought i`d wait till i got back; the internet access at home is FOC thanks to starhub. x)

i watched di yi ci by guang liang MV at office.. and shuo ai ni, zhi shao hai you ni MV etc.. so niceee. wang leehom`s ai de jiu shi ni so disappointing.. no story, just him standing there and acting cool, playing the guitar and mouthing the words. =[ di yi ci was the cutest. abit lame and mushy lah. but very interesting. i liked the intro; the one when guang liang told hs crush he liked her. then she spat out a whole mouthful of water. xD so cute! haahahas. :D

the first mandopop MV i watched was guang liang tong hua. :) with grass during art when the teacher was out. all of us started misusing the comps. xD heh!

today i woke up damn late! but not as late as yesterday. hurrrs. i woke at 11.39 am. yesterday was 12 plus noon. no such thing can be done back home! mum is awake at the crack of dawn [inappropriate vocabulary usage. 9am isn`t really "crack of dawn" hahahs.] and whacking me with anything she can lay her hands on, but most likely a pillow. no matter how late you stay up or anything. the latest time i slept till at home was 11am. that was 28 november, after concert when i was so tired i slept with my mouth open half the night. -.-

excluding the time when i jetlagged lahs. that one was bad. slept from 7plus pm at night to next day 5pm. T_T

but anyway, i`ve advanced lots on memoirs of a geisha. darryl`s been borrowing the book from me most times so he finished it already i reckon. like the day before yesterday. we were at bakerzin with dajiu, twakim, cheryl, dahli and i. he read the book so fast. :(

yesterday we went to play badminton again. :) and now my right arm aches so much. we went to eat dessert at redhill coffeeshop after that lahs. very nice cheng tng, but btp one nicerrr. x) [BTP! WHY AM I MISSING SOMETHING FROM BUKIT TIMAH PLAZAAAAAAAA~] and watched fruits basket! i finished all the eps. x) kyo is deinitely nicer in the books though its merely in black and white.. and in the animae yuki is so nice i was pretty much sad at the last part when tohru says she likes kyo and yuki goes all sad. D=

darryl has officially opened a WO AI AHBI fanclub. those who don`t get what i`m saying, forget it. xD

i went shopping with mum todayyy~
at bugis junction <3 :)

we went around bugis street first
alot alot of things to see
and alot alot of super boliao stuff -.-
mum went all the way there cos of that show
what pei ni qu shopping
the one hosted by shopping king and queen
patricia mok and bryan wong
so funny
mum was there and she was cursing
she was like, "wah lao lah! ask me to come here!"
"now i must go call that patricia mok and tell her she wasted my time coming to such a stupid place to shop!"
hahah.
it was that horrible i think.
but it`s equivalent to a high class pasar malam-
as mum described it
so i guess it was bad to her

there was loads of random shops there
most of them had very super cheap and good buys
like jackets can cost $10
i`m sure you can`t find nice pairs of pumps that cost only $20 in places like heeren or taka -.-
and tattoo parlours
barbers
blahdots
but mum said she didn`t want me to get anything here unless she approved
lols
like as if i`d go tattoo a dragon across my back
or wear a harajuku girls` outfit =.=
she think too much lah
the clothes there needed people with super thin and chio bods to carry out the style
without looking like ah lians from coffeeshop =so off we trotted to bugis junction instead
i dragged mum to edge
she saw the totally chio jacket i loved from that nice shop bus stop
and she went, "so common! no lah don`t wanttt"

she was quite fascinated by new world order
but majority of their clothes were huge-cut
maybe for guys
and their skirts were as short as that op one i hardly wear
which is collecting dust in the cupboard -.-
mum and i stopped by puremilk
tried alot of clothes
ended up buying 2 pmk bottoms for me for cheena new year
hmm
i liked the blue-green one
puffy shorts :)
the other one was black
3/4 pants
very chio pair
even mum was like, "wah! very niceee.!"

she also bought a couple of bottoms for herself from a shop called space
and mum liked browsing the stuff in that mickey mouse shop
their apparel were nice
but i don`t think i suit those designs bahhs`.

i was recalling the "those were the days" just now
i couldn`t stop laughing sadly when i remembered the full dress rehearsal at expo
the full dress, one day before the dinner

when i told mum what i was thinking of
she exclaimed, "whoa! so long already still cannot get over it ah!"
ya lorh.
those were the happiest days ever since january 2005 i think
but i`m sure i`d be illuminated every time i get a glimpse of him somehow
lol
and the cruise on the 16th to 18th was definitely fun
that made me happy too
but not as happy as i am on 26th and 27th november
especially 27th :D

madeleine and pricilla`s mum was at the expo
waiting for the full dress to end
and when she asked madeleine when the rehearsal was gonna end
she ended up getting scolded -.O
i ask madeleine if that was her mum
she was like, "ya LOR! wah lao. so irritating."
ahem.
her mum brings dinner over to every one of their rehearsals
well, some of the rehearsals lah.
but that`s so sweet of her mum
if i told MY mum to bring dinner over during my late-night rehearsals
she`d be like
go and find your own food lah.!
i`m happily sprawled on the sofa at home.
watching her soap operas.

for goodness sake
mum doesn`t even want to pick me up from pc
after my rehearsals
and it`s already around 10 plus coming 11pm everytime
she`s be like, "take cab lorh. or go longpang."

then there was once
mum told me a night before one of my choir rehearsals
"tomorrow i come pick you up cos tomorrow it`d be very late after the rehearsal"
very nice to hear right.
i was sooooo darn happy
then when those very concerned aunties fomr choir asked me
how i was going home that night
i delightedly told them i was going home with my mother
ALAS~
i smsed her and she was like
aiyoh
i fever leh
you come back by yourself
T_T

if it was really fever
she wouldn`t have been that energetic the next day right. =sigh
never minddd
i had to get lifts from uncle james after rehearsals
lucky he`s damn nice
very concerned about my safety also
