choir's got to sing 'My Island Home' and 'Home' for this year's ndp celebrations in sch :P
lol, i'm getting really sick of My Island Home. i hear it everywhere! on the bus, in school, on the big screen at takashimaya and most often at ndp rehearsals/shows. D:
today we had Chemistry PBL. it was freakingly asshole-stupid as usual. i mean, when was a session of Maths/ Physics/ Chemistry PBL ever FUN? today's topic and the experiments were quite ok but most of us didn't really understand wtf we were supposed to understand. -.- lousy system! but i definitely know that the topic (acids). we all grumbled and moaned and groaned but cheered and whooped and popped the champagne when it was 11.30. i hate PBL! pfuit. qishan and i were so bored we actually took a pic during chem. more like ME, btw. i took a picture with the sulphuric acid! YUM YUM :]
for assembly we watched a clip from kai wen's blog! lol, and the "english version" of our ndp performance. saw my face fly through again. i was almost going to fall asleep! chinese dragged onnnnnnnnnn and everyone was booooorrreeeeddd but grace, yeonglan, qishan and i (and perhaps some other guys) were having great laughs at eugene. he was sleeping right under Liang's nose with his head propped up on his hand and his mouth 1/4 open.. hahaha. if he drooled i think the people in the vicinity woulda exploded. and the best part was that Liang didn't even notice :D and kept asking "ni men zai xiao shen me? harh harh harh?". she gave all the laughing idiots a stare cold enough to freeze a polar bear but we continued roaring cos she was so blind she didn't even SEE!
got back lit test and 7 people failed. i hereby express my gratitude that i'm not one of the 7 people. :] but they've got to take a re-test, the poor souls. jiayou people :D
ever since i've told my parents about that Black Eyed Peas joke, they've been singing My Hump by BEP non-stop, esp. my dad.
i hope they do not get a chance to listen to the whole song; the lyrics might offend them :d
